Refund policy
DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS
All digital products sold by The Resell Suite are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered. Once sent to the email address provided at checkout, the product is considered consumed and non-reversible.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (MYSTERY BOXES) – CONDITIONAL REFUNDS
Mystery boxes are physical products shipped and delivered within approximately 7 days. Refunds are only considered if an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
REFUND CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must contact us within the stated period by email at resellsuite@gmail.com and provide clear photo or video proof of the issue. Refunds are only considered in cases of damaged items, defective items, missing items, or incorrect items received. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
NO REFUNDS AFTER DEADLINE
Any refund request submitted after the allowed period, without sufficient proof, or based on personal preference will be automatically declined. Mystery boxes are random by nature, and dissatisfaction with the contents does not qualify for a refund.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases where the customer was charged more than once for the same order, or where payment was completed but no product was delivered and the issue cannot be resolved. Proof of purchase is required.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing the correct email address and shipping address at checkout, reviewing product descriptions before purchase, and ensuring their device supports the digital product format.
AGREEMENT TO POLICY
By completing a purchase with The Resell Suite, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
